and Brand Activations
Some of the most creative work we do is developing experiential programs that engage a qualified consumer audience. This ranges from activations at all the major US food and wine festivals, restaurant weeks, symposia, curated pop-ups and chef dinners that educate consumers while raising awareness and encouraging trial of the products in our portfolio.
Our events and activations look a little different than most. Bigger crowds do not always translate in more success. We aspire to more than reaching the masses. We must engage, inform and inspire our target market in a way that honors all of the brands participating. That includes the chefs themselves. COVID has left many understaffed, with little time left for activities outside the kitchen. But chefs know that, if they’re asked to participate in a GUMBO program, their time will be respected, their talent will be celebrated and the value to their business will be clear.
